This book is a “regular” book – not in the programmed format, just plain old prose. There's a chapter on each of the 62 psychological skills, organized, as always, into the 16 groups. The book tries to gather into one place ideas on how and why to be good at each of the 62 skills thought to constitute mental health. It's best for older readers.
