This book is the most direct way that we address the skills of peaceful, rational conflict resolution and rational decision-making about “provocation” situations. It includes appendices with hundreds of provocations and conflicts to practice with. Like all our manuals, this book is meant for all people, not just those with “diagnoses.” If all people could learn to practice, for example, using the four-thought exercise with hundreds of provocations, and the conflict-resolution role-play with hundreds of conflicts, the world could possibly be a much more peaceful place and human beings could be much less dangerous to one another.
